1. Refund Policy

1.1 Digital Services & Online Consultations

All digital services including online astrology consultations, reports, video calls, and downloadable content are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the session has started.

If a technical issue occurs from our side and the service is not delivered, a refund request must be raised within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.

1.2 Physical Products

Refunds for physical products are applicable only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

The customer must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Astrology Consultation & Appointments

Cancellations for astrology consultations or appointments must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to be eligible for rescheduling.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time or in case of no-show.

2.2 Subscription Services

Subscription plans can be cancelled anytime; however, no refunds or partial credits will be issued for the unused subscription period.

2.3 Physical Products

Order cancellation for physical products is allowed only within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Return

Physical products are eligible for return or exchange only if:

• The product is damaged or defective
• The wrong product has been delivered
• The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

3.2 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

• Email us at info@astromahaguru.com within 7 days of delivery
• Mention your order ID and attach clear images of the product
• Wait for approval from our support team before sending the product back

3.3 Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
